El PCTV, Partido Comunista de las Tierras Vascas
El caso del PCTV, Partido Comunista de las Tierras Vascas, o Euskal Herrialdeetako Alderdi Komunista (EHAK), ya ha salido a la palestra, después de haber sido vox populi por lo bajinis en el País Vasco desde que salieron las listas en el Boletín Oficial del País Vasco. Y es que el PCTV canta como el queso de cabra. El partido figura en el registro oficial del Ministero de Interior español. Fue registrado oficialmente en setiembre de 2002, apenas 3 semanas después de la ilegalización de Batasuna, que fue decretada por Garzón adelántandose un poco a la aplicación de la Ley de Partidos. El registro figura con fecha del 27 de setiembre, día que en la iconografía de la izquierda abertzale es conocido como Gudari Eguna, por coincidir con el fusilamiento de los prisioneros de ETA Txiki y Otaegi, últimas ejecuciones del franquismo (los fusilaron junto a 5 miembros del FRAP).
Ayer fue Arnaldo Otegi, ante preguntas expresas en rueda de prensa, quien nego la vinculación de Batasuna con el PCTV. Y añadió: En cualquier caso, la presencia de muchas listas garantiza la pluralidad del país.
La liebre ha saltado por una nota de IzaroNews, un confidencial vasco típicamente español (hecho a base de HTML estático sin tecnología apreciable, que copia material de tantos sitios como se les ocurre guardandose eso sí un presunto copyright que prohibe copiarles a ellos, y que se mantiene con publicidad no explicable en términos normales de la actividad de la web). Alguien preguntó a Otegi ayer basándose en esa nota.
Antes que lo de IzaroNews hubo menciones en algún blog y lista de correo vasco. En ABC apareció también que el PP pidió investigar a esta lista.
La inquisición oficial del Estado no ha dicho nada, pero unas declaraciones del ministro López Aguilar dan a entender que están al loro. Leímos en prensa estos días santos:
El ministro de Justicia, Juan Fernando López Aguilar, afirmó ayer que el Gobierno actuará contra «cualquier otra lista» sobre la que existan sospechas fundadas de que se trata de «un instrumento subrogado» del entorno de Batasuna para concurrir a las elecciones en el País Vasco.
López Aguilar aseguró que está demostrado que el entramado de ETA-Batasuna «intenta reeditarse y reactivarse para sortear una y otra vez la legalidad y defraudarla», por lo que es necesario «estar con la guardia alta» para evitarlo. Por ello, «nos reservamos todas las acciones que contempla la ley de Partidos Políticos», dijo López Aguilar, quien recordó que existen mecanismos jurídicos para anular una candidatura electoral en la fase previa a las elecciones, como ha sucedido con Aukera Guztiak (AG).
Da a entender que van a rebocar cualquier otra lista, nada más indiquen algunos que el PCTV es la opción de voto. Ni calendario judicial ni nada, parece que el ministro tiene en mente una decisión administrativo-ejecutivo-policial inmediata.
